The winner will be announced during the Fifth Annual WBCA Awards Show on Monday, April 6, in the Grand Ballroom at the Tampa Marriott Waterside in Tampa. This event is part of the WBCA National Convention and is held in conjunction with the NCAA\u00ae Women\u2019s Final Four\u00ae.<br \/>\n\u201cCongratulations to each of these fine student-athletes on being named finalists for the 2015 WBCA Junior\/Community College Player of the Year Award,\u201d said WBCA Executive Director Danielle Donehew. \u201cEach student-athlete has played an integral role in guiding their respective team to an exceptional season, and is very deserving of this distinguished honor. The WBCA celebrates each of these finalists for their contributions to the game during the 2014-15 season.\u201d<br \/>\nThe 10-member team was selected by a vote of the selection committee. The committee is composed of one representative from each of the nine geographical regions and a chairperson.
