June 12 – Fred Ryen played fastpitch softball with The Outlaws, Nygard’s and Pop’s Inn, was a local bowler and played golf at Gold Mountain Golf Complex where from 1987-88 he was men’s club president. He was inducted into the Kitsap Sports Hall of Fame.
