A female athlete from an unnamed a West Coast Conference school washes her car with water from the school and a school hose and gets fined by the NCAA $20 to cover the cost.
Wow!
And this from a billion-dollar organization that allows coaches to get paid millions and athletes net to nothing, not including the cost of an education. What a backward world we live in.
